For such a small company, all departments are not on the same page. The product is spoken highly of, but is far from actual production ready with alot of promises on what the device can do and its content support structure. This will fall short due to poor management by Ruze (server side systems), Ellery Familia and poor internal software development life cycle techniques and processes.
Poor management, bad processes, stealing colleagues' ideas, terrible communication, hiding valuable information, limited experience, mismanagement of projects and resources, horrible technical decisions on infrastructure, poor architectural design of a currently simple system leads to bad monitoring of the overrall system, high maintenance costs in the future and restricted scalability & efficiency.
