what can i not say high turn over rate,all the "old timers" and theres only a few has been there for less than three years, lots of favortisim, people get written up for the most off the wall reasons. the best employees there either left or got fired and the good ones thats still there are only there because of the code of silence. if you plan on working there just lay low and get your work done oh and by the way the faster you are at your job the more work they will assign you (used and abused within your eight hours) and the ones that are playing around dilly dallying gets rewarded with lots of overtime. if you give an idea they will claim it as if they thought of it themselves. if you give an opinion or seem better than they are they see that as a threat and will try to get rid of you, little or no morale at all.
