Verbally abusive environment where president walks around as if he is the Almighty. Turnover is bad. If you make it to a year, you're considered an "old timer." Because of turnover, you're always understaffed but still expected to do work without any types of errors. President makes all the decisions, nothing goes through without his ok. However, he does not admit when he's wrong. Everyone knows he approved everything things so how can the blame fall on someone else's plate when things don't work out? Despite economic hardships, the president and his family continue to flaunt their wealth as the staff's salary and benefits get cut. What a way to boost morale.
