Can you say ruthless? This company is mean, nasty, cruel and spineless.
I worked here for a few years and enjoyed my job, then we had an acquisition and a new culture developed. They put people in place with no experience, but knew the right people, they pushed out many people with trumped up changes, the ceo just let the nasty culture happen and took a hands off approach to the demoralizing of employees. they fired me while I was on vacation and I did'nt even see it coming.
This is truly a cold, mean and anti- employee oriented company.
And you think they care about your child in their day care centers? You better think again!
