Although there is a lot of work being done to improve employee recognition, career growth, update technology, and more; they are pretty backward. Old systems, poor pay, and seeing people disappear frequently (laid off or quitting on their own) do not help the situation. The worst thing is the total lack of communication and lack of transparency.
