Island Heritage (or the Madden Corporation) has to be the worst company I have ever worked for. The benefits are poor with intense micromanagement from all around. I personally witnessed company president and his wife (Dale Madden and Lynne Madden) talk down to employees in the most horrible and disrespectful way.
I recommend this place to absolutely no one due to the poor benefits and wretched management. I left the company with several others at the right time.
Expect the worst here. The happiest I've ever been here was the day I left the company and realized that every other job had to be better than The Madden Corporation.
