The company management lacks maturity and there’s no respect for employees whatsoever. The company culture is work hard and party hard, but if you are not the partying kind of person, then you are antisocial. SC&H expect you to give your personal time to things like happy hour and vacation. How many people want to go to vacations with their bosses? Come on! They say promotion is based on merit but this is false. Promotions are based on whose butt you are kissing and the color of your skin. The company is full of clicks and rumors. Men and women at this company still act like they are in high school. If you like to be around immature people, then this is a place for you. Otherwise look somewhere else. People in management do not deserve those positions at all since most of them are promoted based on butt kissing.
I'm not the kind of person pull the race card, but with this SC&H Group, there’s lack of diversity and every black person that worked there did not last more than a year. They either quit because they were not given work or training by their supervisors or they were fired because of some made up reason. Just a warning to anyone out there who doesn’t want to be miserable! Watch out!
