They discriminate against the handycap, and elderly workers. I worked for the company almost 10yrs. I was let go 45 days before my tenth year and before my longevity bonus. They told me I could not be a dept. supervisor because I had diabeties. They always gave the younger associates better hours for work. You sometimes have to work 10 days straight. I did the Kids workshop for over 150 times in my 9.11 years, not once did they say thanks. They never keep their promises.
