It has been said that organizatons are a mirror of the person at the top. This is a very low-trust organization run by a very suspicious, untrustworthy, unethical leader. Turnover is huge adn consistant, because good people see the light and leave or the top dog goes on a firing spree.
Many of the employee nicknames for this organization are "maxhell" (for maximum hell), "The nightmare on elm st." (because it is located on elm street) or "Fargo" (see the movie to find out).
The disappointing thing is that the company has great potential if they were under different ownership.
