No.one the Manager of GSO/Hamrick's doesn't train her staff. As an employee your constantly harrassed by the loss prevention team by way of cameras. The store structure is one manager and two assistants.The current manager keeps getting her second assist. fired so she can split days(work 7 hour days verses 10 hour days. The district manager does nothing about it. The manager purposely puts lots of write ups in ones file before termination to ensure loss of unemployment benefits and they taught me that. I learned mostly about how to terminate rather that store operations. The pay is horrible. I worked 72 hours in one week for 333.00 after taxes, no overtime. You have no life if your in management at Hamrick's Dept. Store. Corporate office is in Gaffney, S.C. P.S. Store manager and L.P.team listen in by way of telephone to personal conversations. If you work there your constantly harrassed and they are proud of their intimidation tactics. Run for the Hills!
