New CEO from packaged goods industry has brought in Senior Team with packaged goods experience. This team has little passion or knowledge of golf and it is sadly showing with loss of market share. Ashame because Ely Callaway built a great company.
Case and point: packaged goods exec recently hired was corrected by an employee for spelling Ely Callaway's name wrong. The arrogant packaged goods exec responded, "who cares, he's dead."
Employees refer to them as the evil empire.
Looking to work in golf...look to TaylorMade or Titleist. I've worked there and they are great!
