This formerly great company is headed for the dumpster. No leadership or management skills. No loyalty to employees, who are treated with no respect. Great people are hired, and usually gone within 12 - 18 months. The turnover is unbelievable, has to be 60-90% in many departments. They always hire people that aare WAY overqualified, with the expectations that all of these high powered type A personalities will claw over each other to reach for the carrot. Well, the carrot is spoiled at the Bird, and most get axed (or gently asked to resign after a prolonged period of "work to exhaustion" called the corrective action process). Most employees are actively looking for work elsewhere, except those trapped because they did not listen to the common wisdom and bought a house in Tucson within the last three years - meaning they are upside down on their mortgage by 10-30%. DO NOT WORK HERE!
Outside culture is much better, but still slave labor driven by fear and punitive and outdated personel ranking systems. Inside culture is poisonous and cancerous. Senior Management (the Directors and Marketing Managers) manage by fear, and could not lead their way out of a paper sack.
