Horribly upper management, no respect, if you're a female be prepared for your eyes to be in a lower spot if you know what I mean... Constantly told that you are replaceable, never complimented on a job well down, but told over and over again about failures. but yet they try and tell you that "it's a family company, we care about the family..." the only "family" I see cared for is the one that comes on green paper and fits easily into a wallet...
