the general manager at tumbleweed in shelyville is one of the most unprofessional, biased, unfair managers i have ever worked with. this restaurant has one of the highest employee turn overs because people cannot handle the way she downgrades, embarrasses, attacks with words of pure disrespect in front of customers, and employees. she is partial to the employees she likes, and makes it absolutely impossible to work, not upset if she doesnt. for those of us who need a job, we try to sustain her abuse. for a person in a professional position, i cannot believe someone hasnt removed her from this position due to her conduct. she may be good at keeping cost cuts, but as far as employee relations, you would think the owners would look into the reasons why she cant keep employees. i for one was a top employee, who after almost 2 years of stomach probllems, migrains, and many other problems due to her, was finally fired because it came to my attention she allowed employees to steal, come in on sundays and take alcohol from the store and many other offenses. so i was dismissed.
