This company has let people go for no reason other than they just don't like them. They have employees on staff that will stick up for all the lies about you that they put in your personnel file. It does not matter why you have gone on medical leave you could come back and not have a job, even though this is illegal because it has happened there. I have heard they claim to be non-profit and give out huge bonuses to their employees which just all happen to be friends. They have a big turnover of employees. The ones that stay are pretty lazy and talk most of the day, do not follow rules but float along. The biggest thing is that due to the business they are in everyone is afraid to prosecute that they will side with the company.
