This is the most negative place I have ever worked! Poor employee morale with no incentives ever to make you feel valued. Recently during LNA week they forgot to even do anything! Then when they tried to backtrack and order pizza for the staff they put out a memo and actually forgot to leave the money for the 3-11 shift (no apology of course. Everyday people are either crying or going on interviews. There are always excessive call outs or no shows who are always taken back because of the lack of staff. There are limited supplies. When things get broken it takes a long time to fix. The residents are at the bottom of the barrel. Lousy food, furniture that makes the goodwill look classy but sadly always short staffed.
