I know this company sounds good when your looking for a job, any job, but do not do it. Another oppertunity will come.....run now!
Once your in they will abuse you and make you feel worthless. You will one day ask yourself why am I so depressed all the time. Then you will realize its not you, its what they are doing do you. At first its very suttle, you will notice that others are put down and think to yourself "I wonder what they did". They did nothing. They take turns on which one on the team will be attacked. I believe this is to make you feel not that worthy and stay right where you are. Just keep your head high if you go in.....and keep looking for another job. You will be happy soon.
