Wow, what can one say. Nepotism that makes the Arabic countries look like amateurs. Favoritism that makes one cringe. The company is run by someone who took his managerial training at the Marquis de Sade school of managment. A good day would be the day when you aren't an "idiot". You get hired to use your expertise to help the company, but if you diverge just an inch from the unspoken and unknown "line" of how the company is to be run, you get slammed in a staff meeting. The company is full of snitches who have the presidents ear so you have to be careful of everything you say or it gets back to the corner office. To top it off, the company adapted "Lean" as it's mantra, so in support thereof, documents, test fixtures, older test equipment was all trashed...much to their chagrin when it was needed for the next round of contracts. Honestly, if you need a paycheck (typically 75% of what you could make at a real company), it can act as a spaceholder until you find a real job. But...if you can hold out, you'll keep your health, your sanity, and your wits by not joining this non-existant team. In all my experience, this was the worst job I've ever had and that includes the US military! Do yourself a favor and stay away from them, a long way away from them. This is one case where unemployment is a positive. Be warned!!!
