The Corporation is headquartered in Tampa Florida... there is no level playing field. If you don't sell $100K a month for 3 months in a row, you're OUT! There is no real training, you could get a super slow Center that only has 20 Consultations a month where others may have literally 150-200 consults a month. The Corporation acts like the top sellers are "rock stars" when really, if any of us had that many Consultations to pick through, we could sell the same. I'd say 80% of the Consultants are STRESSED all the time... every one is nervous and just lives day to day for fear of losing their jobs. There are those top 12 Centers where they always hit above the goal because they have tons of consultations... but to the others... the Company will just replace you with no care. They expect the small center consultants to work as many hours as it takes over 40 to hit the $100K a month goal. Ridiculous. Just know, you can make crazy great money and if the National Director catches wind of you....or your District Manager (who also fears constantly for his/her job) doesn't like you, etc. You're history! Betrayal, lies, back stabbing, melt downs, and passive aggressive behaviors from people in the positions of authority. Good luck!
