The owner of this company is as unprofessional and unfair as they come! I worked for this company for a year and a half and without any write ups or warnings he cuts my hrs in half ONLY TO AVOID paying me unemployment, knowing I would'nt be able to live on part time or to afford to move back home to FL. He forced me to leave I had to tell all staff I was resigning although I DID NOT give the resignation he asked for and then a month later he does the same thing to a 2nd employee. His story for cutting my hrs changed from one day to the next. He does not treat each employee equally and ignores the fact that his star employee is disrespectful and treats others very badley dispite all the complaints about her. I've seen him make 2 employees cry, he forbids gossip but then shares your personal business with other co-workers! This is a very small business and he acts like everyone is way benieth him. He makes it very ovious that no one is irreplaceable and he is untrustworthy and sneaky and will do anything to get out of paying you your earned bonus's or unemployment which you only need because he has forced you to leave the company and he brags about this to other employees! Don't ever work for Cyril or his company HealthSYNC. I know of 2 other employees who are fed up and ready to leave. He won't let you make one move without his consent, he is always micro-managing and then places blame on you that he has to babysit you. A real mental case- tells you to do something and then forgets and then has you do something completely different! You won't know if you're coming or going with this company! He fired someone last month on her 3rd day because she wasn't learning quick enough! So if you're ever in Katy TX and hear about a job opening for HealthSYNC run away and run fast!
