this non profit org is anything but compassionate, the president and the director treat the staff like garbage. You can work there for years and to them you are irrelevant, the president is a cold icy person who doesnt have a clue about the org and she falsify documents. she claims to run programs that belong to other organization, she is incompetent or just a liar , the director is unprofessional and gossips about other staff members, creating a cultral of low moral and mistrust. these two do not support their own staff and are backstabbing, two face who can be counted on to betray your trust. this orgs could give a crap about anybody and only care about seniors as a pretense to gain more grant and taxpayers money, which they often cook the numbers to get grants
