The place is a Cash Advance and Title Loan. Policies hept adding, lots and lots of paperwork, and detail oriented to the dot, every little thing that needed done, needed to be logged. Either follow the policies to a 'T' and make money for them or you're out. Plus they don't advertise, they want you to market their business to bring new customers, I really didn't mind all, but they are very strict, you have 6 months to prove yourself and keep improving or your out, no writeup, or warnings. Several Managers didn't last even a year. Lets say, if you gave out a loan to a qualified customer, and they didn't pay, company would blame you. I don't recommend the place, too stressful to be walking on eggshells.
