The owner of the building has no nursing backround and she buys things for the adon so that she has to be her puppet on a string. They allow staff to assault other staff and do nothing. I personally had this happen to me at this nursing home and I filed a police report and was fired. It states in their policy any staff assaulting staff will be fired. They have a nurse who works there who was fired from the hospital due to poor nursing judgement causing a patient to die. The food at this facility is awful...ful of salt..processed food such as hot dogs, corn dogs, white bread sandwhiches , can soups/chili. They wonder why the 70-90 year old have swollen ankles. They hide skin ulcers and do not report such to the state. When a family member finds a ulcer and reports such the director band them from the building. The administrator is very unprofessional to the staff she yells, screams and curses like a trooper. I feel sorry for the 36 residents because they have no say and are often very bored because their is not much for them to do.
