The cafe's General Manager () uses "creative bookkeeping" to make his café look like it is doing better than it is. He "fixes" the books to cover up for theft. And they give him AWARDS for doing it!
xxxx also likes to hire, and work with teenage girls. Local girls, and the foreign girls who come for the summer, and can barely speak a word of English.
Two girls hired here, showed up for their interview, dressed for a day of leisure at home. Brightly colored bra straps hanging out from under the spaghetti straps of their tight, cropped tank tops. G-strings revealed over the waists of their hip-hugger spandex short-shorts. Sassy little flip-flops on their feet. Almost no English ability at all!
I laughed when I saw them walk in for their interview. I thought they looked like they were applying to work at a 1-900 call center, where Russian girls talk dirty to you, for $3.99/minute.
I wasn't laughing when they came back in for their training shifts. I couldn't believe that they were actually hired.
It helps that xxxx enjoys a little xxxxxxxx. He has no problem with cheating xx his xxxx. One girl was transferred to another café, to prevent his wife having a hissy fit. She caught them coming back into the building together, when she made a surprise visit, to check up on him.
He likes his "girls" to close w/him. He entertains them in his office, in the store room, etc. He takes them out behind the restaurant, and smokes with them. Even though the company has a strict no smoking policy for management. Which he signed, agreeing not to smoke. He has come very close to being caught, many times. Both by upper management & by his wife.
I personally saw him pull the back of a female employee's waistband, away from her waist, and look down the back of her pants. He is a pervert, with no business managing young females.
I quit! I no longer EAT there. I refuse to do business with a company that condones this behavior!
