If you are a 20 something whinny female with a lot of daddy paid education but no street sense, Great place to work.
If you have a brain, street smarts and years of experience. RUN RUN RUN AWAY. This company has no standards for operation. They have no policies none.
Think that is good? Well try getting hired and being told you have to work 8-5 and beyond while others in your same group don't. Try being called too old for the job. Try listening while the 20 something calls clients liars in conference calls, has screaming fits or just refuses to work. You have to put in 10 hours. 20 something princess...maybe 5 if that. Boss says do it she ignores. Acceptable. Good luck.
