The CEO of this company is, on a good day, completely insane. He changes the salary ranges on jobs (downward of course) depending on where the moon is in the sky and what he had for breakfast. He will let you hire someone at what today's "minimum salary" is for a particular job and then the next week you hire another person in the same exact job he will on a whim drop the minimum salary by another $15K just because he wants to.
The management team of which I am a part of basically consists of a group of beaten animals, most of which are on prozac just to try and get through the day dealing with this idiot.
