The owner of the company is a liar and a cheat. He had illegal aliens working for him at minimum wage and ex-cons. He would use any excuse to not give raises and even docked people illegally. He rewarded employees for ratting on other employees but never really checked the story to see if it was true or not. The operations manager would look for employment options elsewhere and the whole office also.People were glad to leave or be let go so that they had real opportunities and not promises that weren't going to be kept. He always said that he lost money and never made profits. If you need to do business with this company watch your back.
