this place is a piece of work, let me start by saying yes they do promote from withih and they do have your back till you piss them off or use your own brain. they have unfair practices in the way they treat you if you are liked or disliked you can be ever loyal to them and in the end you will not get that in return i would suggest you not look at them as a career move just a way to pay your bills for a short period of time by the way they dont offer any kind of retirement plan
