I Have never seen a company more poorly run then here.The employees are treated like dirt given more and more to do in less time while the higher level management stands around doing less and less.I wish they would do an internal audit of the postal service and see how top heavy we are. We do not need so many higherups that don't contribute to the needs of the service.(these people make twice what we do and do nothing to bring in revenue to us)We do not need a postmaster making 80,000 in every office anymore,they are not even allowed to make decisions in their own office.their boss tells them what to do over the telephone or in emails everyday.So why not have ONE postmaster for five offices,they could manage each from their computers(which they stare at all day anyway)And visit each office once per week(offices usually within less 10 miles of eachother)Do this nationwide and the postoffice would save billions
