for one they overcharge the customer. he charge you for parts that is not put on your car. this one manager in the gary indiana is very disrespectful to the customer and employee. tell the customer that they need this work right now, it would be a life or death thing if you do not get the work done now. . this person have no integrity .its hard to say if upper management knows whats going on .beware of the manager in gary indiana.
