Turnover rate is 50%. They don't know how to use positive motivation to encourage their employees to stay. I have seen so many good people go because they'd rather keep turning over than keep the good ones. They ask for your suggestions on how to better the work environment only for formality. 10 hour work days. most employees are salary so they get no overtime. the only positive thing they have is their location. people are willing to deal with their bad management skills because the traffic here is horrible.
they pay well because they have to. Without that, they won't get anybody to walk into HR. the staffing is bare bones so they CAN afford to pay their 1 man departments semi-sufficiently. They cut managers pay when they feel it's necessary even after the boss just got back from a 1 month vacation from a faraway land.
I don't recommend this company to anyone. the average "life span" of an employee at this company is 6 months. anything past that, you're an old timer. red flags people..red flags.
