Doug has no experience on running any business and uses his authority and an employees job to take advantage over them.This guy talks to you like trah and does his best to make you feel uncomfortable.Doug takes advantage of the employees and there is no one you can talk to about the treatment that he gives the employees at the Ocean Center Parking Garage.He should be exposed and someone above him should inform him of employees rights. Instead he is protected and allowed to continue this behavior to employees.
