Larry, of this organization has created a racially divisive, unhappy office that more closely resembles a failing Jr High school than a productive work place! His egomaniacal management style and condescending attitude towards the workers have everyone constantly worried for their jobs. The workers are expected to be mind readers as instructions and policies change at his whim and based on whether he is in a decent mood or not. He then interrogates the workers on decisions that they make and/or work that is done according to the previous policy. In addition, he and his minions constantly spy on the workers in a weird quest to catch them out in some kind of transgression. Workers are excessively called to supervisors' offices and given written notices that are full of trumped up or idiotic charges. The receptionist was actually given a written notice and subsequently fired for being TOO NICE! This company has a revolving door of employees with all but 2 workers having been there less than ten months. Seven employees were fired or quit in my eight months at the company, which is a staggeringly large number for a small office of 20 people! This constant upheaval ends up forcing the workers to do three and four jobs on top of their own! So cruel was this boss that he berated a mentally and physically disabled worker, fired him when he stood up for himself, then went out for drinks and bragged about how the poor worker had begged him for his job! This is one sick work environment! Avoid it, or only use it as a brief transitional job.
