The company's logos is Honesty, Integrity, and Vigillence, yet the company does not stand behind those three words. They are a corporate world who changes the rules of their own hand book at will, saying "I am overiding that rule." They employee many wonderful security officers who only want to do a good job and support their families, yet they seemed to undermine and look down upon those they have hired, seeing them as only workers and not the people who are actually giving the management a reason and means to have the job they have. Anyone interested in employment with this company should take into grave consideration and investigate into the company before considering them for employment. In my year with the company, I saw many employees removed, transferred and terminated soley on the decision of management because they did not want them working for the company any longer. In other words, based upon personal reasons and not factual, by the employee handbook rules. They do not take ownership of their employees and merely look at their employees as blue collar workers who can find another job if and when they terminate their employment.
