Totally dysfunctional company. Management is totally clueless. People are treated like crap, unless the plant manager or supervisor or lead thinks he stands a chance of getting a date. They target people and harass them until they quit, or get them ticked off so that they walk out. When they manage to get rid of the person, they buy a cake and have a party. The management is so paranoid of unions, if someone wears a shirt with the word union on it, they have to turn it inside out.
