unfair to employees. no sick days. must work full week plus saturday in order to get pay for a holiday. must get doctors note for being sick. work eight hours or more with one 15 minute break. one person gets fired for being caught twice for drug use, but another gets caught four times and is still working. tv's, computers,refigerators,bulbs with lead and mercury are not desposed properly. one holiday we are forced to take and not get payed for because the was black. being told by owner that he will fire or replace you,or he will kick you in the balls or kick your a**. if I knew what kind of place this was to work for I would have never taken the job. the working boss does nothing but stab you in the back and make your life a living hell.
