Sun Farm Network (Solar Company) In New Jersey
Since I have started we have had a revolving door of company employees, including engineers, sales, installers, and staff. For the first five years we got paid monthly, until I looked on New Jersey's Labor Law and realized that was illegal for hourly employees. Sun Farm Network has no 401-K or direct deposite and took five years to get a company t-shirt.
I started as an installer at $10.00 per hour and after three months moved to $15.00 per hour. The following march was review time and was supposed to recieve a raise but did not get one until may. Due to state and government grant cuts the entire install crew got laid off in ocotober of 2006. Myself and the lead installer were the only two installers that returned out of six making me 2nd Chair. As
