While working for this company and store#2611 I have seen very many broken policies by management and staff. For instance I have seen a person get fired for being 10 minutes late, but I have also seen people keep their jobs for stealing. This store is "family run". My manager Julie, has her daughters who get away with everything and then there is our district manager Andy who lets his family work there and do things like eat while they are preparing customer orders, use food that should be discarded , refuses to wash her hands and takes home food everyday when it is policy that the meals we receive are not to leave the store. How can a store be ran properly with so many inconsistancies. When people go to a restaurant to eat they should at least feel safe knowing their food is cooked properly and not old. This store also has managers Kim, Nina, and Kims daughter Amber who can talk very openly about sex toys and it doesnt matter who they offend. As well my step daughters and my wife work there and have heard some very disturbing things that we have took to management with no results. To me this is very disturbing and I personally think that the greenfield Mcdonalds should be under complete new management and ownership before someone gets sick.
