This company has no respect for any employee.
Everyone is treated like slaves. if you work in house keeping, exspect to do 20 to 26 rooms a day on their busy days, let alone there's only 87 rms. and you are given less then a 1/2 hour per room. your asked to move heavy furnature, do job's that arnt your area, your to do it all, if your hired for front desk only, your forced to do housekeeping- to clean rooms, make beds, even thow that isnt your job. they are afrade to hire enough people so everyone does their own job. someone can threghten you and they keep their job and not get fired, if you refuse to do someone elses job, they fire you or tell you to quit. this hotel in syracuse is a total joke. i could go on an on about it.
